The National Collaborating Centres for Public Health have held 4 successful annual Summer Institutes. The Summer Institute is an annual event organized either in June or July where public health practitionners, policy makers, researchers and others discuss expertise on knowledge synthesis, translation and exchange (KSTE).
Participants have the opportunity to attend conferences from renowned public health experts, learn and exchange knowledge on KSTE during multiples workshops some organized by the Centres or by partneering organizations.

The next Summer Institute will take place at the Fort Garry Hotel in Winnipeg, Manitoba from June 28-30, 2010.
